Service
Capacity building
Goals that belong to the person, broken into steps small enough to take this week.

What it can look like
- Exploring work, study or volunteering options
- Preparing for interviews and first days
- Building social skills in real settings
- Setting goals and reviewing progress together
Who it suits
People with a goal in mind, or who would like help working out what the goal could be.
How it works
We map the goal, agree the first step, and review together every few weeks so the plan keeps up with the person.
Other services
Often combined with
Community access
Getting out to the places that matter: sport, shops, appointments and new activities, with someone alongside.
Daily living skills
Cooking, cleaning, budgeting and routines, practised in real settings until they stick.
Respite and short stays
